Hostile email alert

We are aware that for a short period – from approximately 15.00 on Wednesday 27 April to 14.00 on Thursday 28 April – our ‘info@housing-ombudsman.org.uk’ in box was compromised. At this stage we know that some hostile emails were sent from that email address to parties who had previously emailed us.

We do not send any email correspondence from that email address so any emails received during that period should be treated as suspicious. If you have opened an attachment or clicked on any links and provided your credentials, we would advise that you change your password immediately.

Our in box is now operating as normal and you can continue to use it. We apologise for any disruption this has caused.
