We have added new webinar dates on the Complaint Handling code for 2021
A new series of webinars on our new Complaint Handling Code are set for 2021. The Code provides a framework for effective complaint resolution by landlords and helps to create a positive complaint handling culture for the benefit of both landlord staff and residents.
As well as setting out expectations for boards, senior executives and frontline staff, the Code will help residents in knowing what to expect from their landlord when they make a complaint and how to progress their complaint.
We have added two webinars taking place in January for both landlords and residents
