Meet the Ombudsman

The Housing Ombudsman wants to be open and accessible and engage widely with both residents and landlords to share knowledge and learning

Our ‘Meet the Ombudsman’ events, hosted by member landlords, are an important part of raising awareness and understanding of our service among residents. The events are held monthly and offer residents a forum to directly ask the Ombudsman questions about the service and what we do.

The Housing Ombudsman considers complaints from social housing residents across all regions of England so we are keen to reach as many local communities as possible by holding sessions in a different region each time.

Upcoming ‘Meet the Ombudsman’ events

We have lots of upcoming events across England. If your landlord is hosting an event it will usually offer the option to join online if you cannot attend in person. To enquire about attending an event your landlord is hosting, please speak to your landlord directly.
